I don't like all the messages black people get, that we're stupid -- that we're a minority, which we're actually not in the world. That we're criminal, and we'll never get anywhere. Too many people, black and white have accepted that stuff and not challenged it. I know we can achieve, because more and more black people are getting somewhere in their lives. But those stereotypes are still there, and they help to hold a lot of people back. Because of that, when you think of blacks in this society, you think of poor and uneducated people. I just wish more people would challenge all that stuff.
